Voices within the airline surfaces claimimg Unfair pay structure at the Indian Low cost carrier Spicejet , when aviation is witnessing it's worst of pages from history .
Circulated in social media, a petition from the individual, who seems to be an employee of the indian carrier, is describing the tough life of employees.
Reflected in the Online petition Forum, Change.org, the petition reads as,

We all who file this Petition want to make an change in how Airline Company in India Sees Their Employees.
It's Terrible to Survive already with this Killing virus . We know how it feels to lose someone very close to you not even at age of death. Money Can't buy anything people say but today money's buying us Oxygen, Vaccine and What not, Everything you touch Money is Involved.
As per the latest Covid-19 Survey from Indian Central Government "people age of less than 35 years(75% of Covid Cases) old are most like to get infected with this deadly Virus. No matter what Survey says or News Channel Telecasts .
► The petition highlights, how the cabin crew have risked their lives by facing customers , during the pandemic air travel arrangments .
We(Cabin crew) Risked our life to go on-board .We Quarantined Ourselves. We Followed Guidelines . We Took care of customers on-board. Indeed, we are definitely not comparing ourselves with Great Frontline Warriors Doctors,Police, vegetable vendors and other selfless Workers.
But as we say Software sometimes have their Failures or Errors .Why wouldn't we Speak for Ourselves Now? If, you(reader) thinks" We should be happy , atleast we have a Job " then i would say Ask any cabin crew, any flight attendant How we are living instead Surviving.
Last part of the Petition speaks about the human factor breach at work place and employees lack a peaceful mind at work.

All Employees of Spicjet Received Their Salary With Massive 50% Deduction. Some Employees who Worked Full time received only 12,000. We might Not sound Professional at this context cause To sound professional and meaningful you gotta have a Healthy peaceful mind and We ain't have it .
