General Quiz contest Rules , kindly read and understand below Rewards Policy before entering a Quiz contest .
1. Application. The general Rewards Policy (“General Rewards Policy”) is applicable to Quiz contests (each, a "Quiz contest") organised by FL360aero at the applicable FL360aero.com website/web page on which the Quiz contest appears, unless there are specific Quiz contest rules for a particular Quiz contest, in which case those specific Quiz contest rules will apply.
By entering a Quiz contest, entrants agree to be legally bound by these General Quiz contest Rules, and will be deemed to have read and understood these General Quiz contest Rules. Entrants may not take up the Quiz contest ,if they do not treat / agree to the terms and conditions as valid and applicable to them.
2. Eligibility. Unless otherwise stated, to enter a Quiz contest and to be eligible to win, entrant must be at least 18 years old. Employees of FL360aero, its agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, Reward sponsors, promotional and advertising agencies or employees of any other entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the applicable Quiz contest (and any person domiciled with any such employee) are ineligible to enter.
A winner of a previous FL360aero Quiz contest within the thirty (30) days preceding the winner selection date for this Quiz contest (including persons designated by such winners to take ownership of Rewards and persons domiciled with a winner) may be disqualified. A winner who claims a Reward during the Quiz contest Period is not eligible to enter again.
3. Prizing & Quiz contest Period. The details of the Reward(s) available to be won (including the number and the approximate retail value of the Reward(s) available to be won, but not limited to), the duration and timing of a Quiz contest and any other relevant information of a Quiz contest will be identified through applicable promotional materials or banners or announcements by the FL360aero.com website or FL360aero social media outlets and/or any physical form of publishing (as applicable) at the start (or before the start) of the Quiz contest.
Reward(s) may not be exactly as advertised. Reward(s) must be accepted as awarded, may not be sold, transferred and are not convertible to cash, unless otherwise advised by the FL360aero managment.
FL360aero reserves the right to substitute a Reward, in whole or in part, in the event all or any component of a Reward is unavailable. FL360aero management reserves the right to substitute the Reward to a monetary value, if it’s deemed necessary at any point of time.
4. Quiz contest Entry. FL360aero does not demand a fees for the Quiz contest, hence, No purchase necessary to enter a Quiz contest. Unless otherwise stated, there is a limit of one (1) entry per account, per person, per day per Quiz contest.
To enter a Quiz contest, follow the instructions of FL360aero website publications or promotion material time to time and/or as updated in FL360aero official social media outlets, as applicable.
For online entry: Without limiting the foregoing, if entry in a Quiz contest occurs online, visit the FL360aero website during the applicable Quiz contest entry period/ timings and follow the on-screen instructions on the applicable Quiz contest’s webpage to complete under a dedicated Timer and Point (score) system and submit the online entry form.
Timer and Point (score) system : Upon registering for the Quiz contest through FL360aero.com website , you will be directed to a dedicated page , where you will prompted with a command “Take Quiz” against the displayed quiz header. Upon Clicking the “Take Quiz” button , you will be redirected to the Quiz page, which might contain singular or Multiple questions with or without options. In case , you find multiple answer options to the Quiz question, Click the most suitable answer from the entries. This quiz will be governed by a timer to choose the rightful winner in case, same points are earned by the Multiple Contestants. Record of the Timer and score gets recorded at FL360aero administration’s register to compare/tally the results to choose the winner. You are prompted to take screenshot (s) or save the content / result of the Quiz contest for future references and communications. FL360aero reserves the right to take final Decision on winner / choosing the winner of the Quiz contest , without notifying any concerned party(ies), contestants,entrant or users at any point of time.Suitable winner of the Quiz contest will be either notified through the available email id in records or through website broadcast or social media websites or any other format, that is convenient to FL360aero.
Contestants acknowledge that ,FL360aero reserves the right to publish/advertise the winner(s) of the contest with or without their personal photographs, with or without the contest reward for the purpose of advertisement and reaching to a greater audience at any point of time.
Some Quiz contests may provide for additional entries (the “Additional Entries”) by performing specific actions which may include, but are not limited to: subscribing to specific social media; sharing information about the Quiz contest on social media sites; liking on social media; following on social media; downloading an application; or other actions.
The number of Additional Entries and the manner by which you can acquire them are mentioned when entering the Quiz contest.
For entry via social media: Without limiting the foregoing, if entry in a Quiz contest occurs via one or several of the official social media outlets , as applicable, entry must occur during the applicable Quiz contest entry period by means of the applicable third party service or site (each, a “Third Party Service”).
To enter a Quiz contest by means of a Third Party Service, you must have a valid account with the applicable Third Party Service and are solely responsible to ensure that your account settings allow FL360aero to view your account as required to administer the applicable Quiz contest (failing which, you may be disqualified).
By creating an account with a Third Party Service, you agree to comply with such Third Party Service’s Terms of Service. By entering a Quiz contest by means of a Third Party Service, entrants completely release any such Third Party Service of all liability in relation to his/her participation in the applicable Quiz contest.
Entrants acknowledge that , any questions, comments or complaints regarding any Quiz contest should be directed to FL360aero and not to Third Party Service(s).
All entries (including Additional Entries if applicable) are subject to verification at any time and for any reason, at the discretion of FL360aero.FL360aero reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to FL360aero – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in the applicable Quiz contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any entry or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of the applicable Quiz contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason FL360aero deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering the applicable Quiz contest in accordance with the General Quiz contest Rules and, if provided, any further Quiz contest-related instructions.
Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of FL360aero within the timeline specified by FL360aero may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of FL360aero.
5. Reward Draw. For Quiz contests where the winner is selected from entries received, time and point score system is used for all eligible entries (including Additional Entries if applicable) received during the applicable Quiz contest period. The potential Reward winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry. In the event a potential Reward winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) working days after the draw due to a mistake/error from contestant side, as determined by FL360aero at its sole discretion, or if these General Quiz contest Rules are not adhered to by a potential Reward winner, such potential Reward winner will be disqualified and will forfeit all rights to the applicable Reward.
6. Awarding of Reward(s). Proof of identification must be provided upon request. In order to be declared a Reward winner, each potential winner must first: (i) correctly answer, unaided, a time limited under the time and point score system as administered by FL360aero; (ii) be verified as complying with these General Quiz contest Rules (as determined by FL360aero in its sole and absolute discretion); and (iii) acknowledge the time stipulated by FL360aero, a full release and indemnity statement ,stating that, among other things, he/she agrees to be available and to participate in publicity and/or promotions related to the Quiz contest and/or FL360aero, authorizes FL360aero & associates to broadcast, publish, disseminate and otherwise use his/her name, city/town/village and province/territory of residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and voice, in connection with any promotion and/or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and/or information purposes at no additional compensation, beyond the awarding of or participation in the applicable Reward, accepts the applicable Reward as offered and releases FL360aero from any and all liability of any kind relating to the Quiz contest and his/her receipt and use or misuse of the applicable Reward.
7. Contestants consent that, all decisions of FL360aero with respect to any aspect of a Quiz contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. Quiz contests are subject to all applicable laws and regulations of Union of India and FL360aero wesite/web page “Terms of Use” prevails in case a Legal Jurisdiction is determined.
ANY ENTRANT DEEMED BY FL360AERO TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE GENERAL QUIZ CONTEST RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF FL360AERO AT ANY TIME.
8. By entering a Quiz contest, each entrant fully releases FL360aero, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, Reward suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the applicable Quiz contest from all liability of any kind relating to the Quiz contest or his/her participation therein, including, without limitation, any liability related to: (i) any failure of the a website; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any entry or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in a Quiz contest; and/or (v) any combination of the above.
9. FL360aero reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend a Quiz contest or to amend these General Quiz contest Rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason, in the opinion of FL360aero in its sole and absolute discretion, a Quiz contest is not capable of running as originally planned, for example as a result of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, mechanical manipulation or any other causes beyond its control, including any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or programs to enter, FL360aero reserves its right to amend, cancel or suspend the applicable Quiz from all previously received eligible entries (including Additional Entries if applicable). Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, FL360aero reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.
10. If it is discovered by FL360aero (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by FL360aero) that any person has attempted to: (i) exceed any of the limits stated in these Rules; and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities, social media accounts, telephone numbers, email addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Quiz contest; then he/she may be disqualified from the Quiz contest in the sole and absolute discretion of FL360aero
11. By entering a Quiz contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his/her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by FL360aero for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling the applicable Quiz contest and in accordance with FL360aero’s “Terms of Use”.
FL360aero will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering the applicable Quiz contest. Any inquiry concerning the personal information held by FL360aero should be addressed to the website contact section. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide FL360aero or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information. Where a Quiz contest can be entered via a Third Party Service, you understand that any personal information you share with such Third Party Service may also be used on that Third Party Service as set out in that Third Party Service’s own policy.
12. For greater certainty, each Reward claimant consents to the use of their name, city of residence, likeness, comments, photograph or voice, without further compensation, in any future publicity carried out by FL360aero in connection with the applicable Quiz contest.
13. If the identity of an entrant is in dispute, the authorized account holder of the email submitted at the time of entry (if provided) will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question (if provided) & FL360aero reserves the right to take the final decision in this regard.
