Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) announced to have renewed its contract with Flynas by signing an agreement at an expected value of SAR 2 billion, on April 13.
As per SGS, the contract duration is five years starting from Jan. 1, 2024,
Under the contract, The Saudi Ground Services Company will provide Fynas domestic and international flights with ground handling services, including ramp and passenger services, at all airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
SGS said it expects the contract to be sustainable for the company’s revenues through its duration, adding that there are no related parties.
The agreement was concluded within the normal course of business and did not grant any preferential benefits, it noted.
