B737 MAX flying in Indian Airspace still not allowed !
Just in - Vide AIC 10 of 2021 dated 20/04/21 - Indian Govt. allows B737 MAX overflight Operations but not within Indian airspace !
Subject to approval from State of registry and DGCA india , AIC 10 of 2021 does not apply to Foreign registered B737 max aircrafts for the purpose of
► Overflying Indian Airspace .
► Operational readiness flights.
► Ferry flights out of india .
