Boeing clears the drought on deliveries of Dreamliners, by delivering it's 1st B787 Dreamliner since October 2020 on friday, and United airlines is the lucky customer to break the Ice.
FL360aero had reported earlier that, after the inspection & airworthiness certification of four Boeing B787 Dreamliners by FAA , Boeing may start deliveries as early as Friday.
Latest aircraft (regd. N29985) ,operated the delivery flight-UAL2707 from Charleston to San Francisco yesterday, 27th march with the United airlines Livery.

Boeing had started grounding the Boeing B787 deliveries since October 2020, due to inspection findings of minor wrinkles (carbon monolithic fuselage skin) & inappropriate shim thickness between segments on aft fuselage segment joint areas.
Boeing had also faced issues with the horizontal stabilizer segments & kept working on the inspection finding since then to ensure airworthiness restoration.
The current development will surely boost the morale of Boeing , after facing the toughest year in it's history, battered by pandemic & historic losses.
