If you ever wanted to fly for Air France , this is the opportunity to start from the scratch ! Suspended since the Covid crisis , Air France's cadet pilot sector is preparing to reopen its doors with the recruitment of new aspiring pilots by the end of the year.

Following a rigorous selection process, aspirants will have access to comprehensive flight training that is fully supported by Air France. They will integrate a training school for a theoretical and practical course of 24 months, punctuated by several evaluations.
The key for those who will succeed in all the steps : an integration into Air France or its subsidiary Transavia as an Airline Pilot Officer.
The cadet pilot track is accessible without prior flying experience. It aims to encourage vocations in candidates from all walks of life and to promote diversity. With 13% of cadets in the class of 2019 against 9% of women pilots within the company, it encourages women to engage in technical professions and illustrates Air France's commitment to professional equality.
As part of the resumption of activity, Air France has also relaunched in 2021 the recruitment of professional pilots. 300 pilots have joined the company since the beginning of the year and 100 additional hires are expected by the end of 2022.
