Aeroflot Flight SU-1104 was on the approach phase to Krasnodar-Russia, when cockpit crew observed issues with the flap and stopped further decent and went into a holding pattern at 2,625 feet for about an hour.
The Boeing B737-800 aircraft bearing registration VP-BZB made an attempt to land after multiple circular pattern at that same altitude, and was successful doing so, but at a higher speed.
No further safety issues reported post landing .
Aircraft was flying from Moscow Sheremetyevo to Krasnodar carrying 149 passengers on 28th march 2021.
