Wizz Air was 'lucky' this time, when a 'Partenavia P 68 Observer 2' crashed into a 'Saab 340' aircraft of Sprint Air at Gdansk Airport on Tuesday.
The Hungarian low-cost carrier, Wizz Air got spared, as the 'Saab 340' stood in the way.
Very recently, Wizz Air was twice the victim of apron vehicles that crashed into it's Airbus A320 aircrafts at the Gdansk Airport.
On Tuesday, the SP-KPU, a Saab 340 from Sprint Air, was the victim, when a Partenavia P 68 Observer 2 (Registration SP-FPM) crashed into it & got stuck between the left wing & the fuselage.
The cause of this collision is still under investigation. There are no reported injuries & we hope the ground incidents at Gdansk Airport to take a break.
