Today, at around 02:03AM UTC , Captain of an ANA All Nippon Airways Boeing 787-8 aircraft maintaining a flight Level of FL410 (41000 feet altitude) became Incapacitated.
The First officer took over the charge and requested for a diversion to Novosibirsk (Russia), follwed by a descent to FL400 and safe landing at the russian airport.
The aircraft registered JA814A was performing a flight NH-216 (CDG-Paris, France to Tokyo Haneda, Japan) , when the captain showed signs of incapacitation in the form of a stroke.

The Dreamliner landed at Novosibirsk Tolmachevo International Airport at around 02:54AM UTC , that is around 54 minutes after the captain got incapacitated.
Upon landing, Captain was transferred to a Local hospital , where it was found that , "pre-stroke" was reason for this incapacitation . Nil Further updates has been received on further development.

What are the various causes , that can result an Incapacitation ?
► Medical condition - heart attack, stroke or seizure, or transient mental abnormality , Gastro-intestinal problems or others.
► Medication - Under medication for certain illness.
► Alcohol - Consumption of alcohol , that went undetected / or during the flight .
► Marijuana / Illicit drug - Act of stimulants or drugs .
► Carbon Monoxide - Saturation of Carbon monoxide in side the cockpit affecting the health of Crew.
► Pesticide - Effect of pesticide in side the cockpit affecting the health of Crew.
► Hypoxia - Insufficient oxygen) associated with an absence of normal pressurisation system function at altitudes above 10,000 ft.
► Spatial disorientation - Spatial disorientation, where the inability of a pilot affected the flight to correctly interpret aircraft attitude, altitude or airspeed in relation to the Earth or other points of reference.
► Fatigue - Fatigue due to excess work load or lack of sleep .
► Emotional Stress - Emotional stress , affecting flight performance and nomal operation of aircraft.
