Indian Civil Aviation Regulator - DGCA is taking 'masks' seriously , mulls spot fines on Unruly persons in Airport premises.

Indian Civil Aviation Regulator - DGCA is taking 'masks' seriously , mulls spot fines on Unruly persons in Airport premises.

In an Advosory circular Today, Indian Civil Aviation Regulator - DGCA is talking about unsatisfactory conditions in Indian Airports during surveillance.

So they are advising Airport operators to ensure compliance of Covid-19 protocols in relation to face Masks and Social distancing in addition to the earlier circular on 13th march.

Levy of spot fines ( in accordance with law ) as a punitive action on Unruly persons in Airport premises is also advised in the circular.

 

On proper wearing of the face mask, Covering of mouth and nose has been highlighted this time, where as instructions were specifying " not below the nose " last time.
