Air travel Demand has brought back demand of Aviation Jobs !

Two years back , it was the same month , when there was fear among the employees of Airlines and aviation companies for losing their jobs or go on Furlough !

But , today, time has come in their favour, Airlines are searching for experienced staffs to run their flights , in a post pandemic travel demand scenario, where airports have gone crazy and chaotic.

Taking an example , such 'Ques and Chaos' at Manchester Airport (MAN/EGCC) forced it's Boss Karen Smart to step down from the post of managing director, who was  associated with MAG from 2014 and held important positions at both East Midlands and London Stansted.

Other day , we saw British Airways luring cabin crews and ground staffs with an Welcome bonus for the experienced staffs - which otherwise was an open invitation to the employees of it's Rival carriers , to join multiple bases in United Kingdom.

After British Airways' "Golden hello" of £1,000, Wizz Air has changed the pay structure of the cabin crews and increased the wages to protect it's staffs from Poaching.

Carriers like Wizz Air are aware of this , and now they plan to retain their experienced cabin crew at any cost , which saw salary hike for the existing cabin crews in the company.

To be specific , the UK chapter of the Hungarian career has raised the wages by 12.5 % for cabin crew , who will now have guaranteed 70 % of their overall annual package, against the earlier norm of 35%.

Post pandemic travel demand has suddenly heated up the Aviation job market , where airlines are struggling to get staffs for a smooth operation, specifically in the hubs like London-Heathrow.

Our Aviation experts has an opinion on this - those Airlines opted to Furlough their staffs instead of firing, are at a better condition today , as their old staffs have joined back duties and companies are trying to consolidate in the current scenario, without severe disturbances.
